Consumers have a right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of goods in accordance with the following provisions.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.

Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after one month from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SolarV GmbH, Am Kronberger Hang 2, 65824 Schwalbach am Taunus, Germany, Tel: +49 6196 9076877, Email: info@solarv.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard, least expensive delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us or to SolarV GmbH, Am Kronberger Hang 2, 65824 Schwalbach am Taunus, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of return for any goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned to us by regular mail (freight forwarding goods) amount to €60.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not citizens of a Member State of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.

Returns and Refunds

If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days without giving a reason.

How does it work?

  1. Register your return within 30 days of receiving your order using our Cancellation Form. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Pack the product as securely as possible, preferably in its original packaging. Include the delivery note in the package.
  3. Return your order to our store or by mail within 30 days. Use the same method you used to receive your order (i.e., do not convert a personally delivered package into a letterbox package).
  4. Once we receive the returned products in their original condition, we will endeavor to refund your money within 14 days. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We will contact you if necessary.

Please note:

  • Please note that we can only accept returns of goods that are undamaged, unused, and complete.
  • In cases where you ordered the wrong products, or simply changed your mind after shipment, etc., the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If you received an item you did not order or a damaged package, please contact our customer service. We will send you a return label upon request; please affix the return label to the package.
  • Would you like to exchange your return for something else? Then place a new order in our online shop. We will process your return separately.
