Address Change
Have you already placed your order, but would like to use another delivery address? If the order has not yet been packed or dispatched, you could either cancel the order and place a new order shipping to the new address, or contact our customer service directly to make the amendments.
If your parcel could not be delivered due to an invalid or changed delivery address, your parcel will be stored at the parcel center and returned to us after 7 days. We will refund you within 14 days of having received the returned item by way of the original payment method.

Items marked with a delivery time of 1-3 working days will be sent with GLS parcel on the same working day if ordered before 2 p.m. Once your order has been packed in the warehouse, you will automatically receive a tracking number to track your shipment.
DHL + UPS currently has the following notice during high season:
“Due to the current high volume of parcels and difficult weather conditions, there may be significant delays in the delivery of your shipment at your location. We ask for your patience in this case.”
Items marked with a delivery time of 7-9 working days will be sent with DSV on the same working day if ordered before 11 a.m.
Shipping
Shipping and packaging costs are free within Germany. Parcels are only sent as a package with GLS. We do not charge a bulky goods surcharge* for our products within Germany. Shipping costs to other European countries depend on the shipping method selected.

Return and Refund
How can I return an article?
If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days without giving any reason. In cases where you ordered incorrect products, or simply changed your mind after shipping, etc., the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. After receiving the package, we will credit the purchase amount within 14 days. For this repayment, we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
You have received an item that you did not order; or received a damaged package: Please contact our customer service. After agreement, we will send you a return slip, and stick the return label on the package. Please note that we can only take back goods that are returned to us undamaged, unused, and complete.
