Mit dem beschlossenen Jahressteuergesetz (JStG) 2022 wurde den Ausbau von Photovoltaikanlagen für Privatkunden vergünstigt, konkret ist Nullsteuersatz mit Vorsteuerabzug für die Lieferung und Installation von Photovoltaikanlagen auf oder in der Nähe von Wohngebäuden bis 30KW- §12 Abs. 3 Nr. 1 UstG (neu). Die Befreiung von der Umsatzsteuer ab 01.01.2023 gilt auch für Teile unseres Sortiments, wie z. B. Photovoltaikmodule, Wechselrichter oder auch Batteriespeicher.
