Shipping and delivery

Items marked with a delivery time of 1-3 working days will be sent on the same working day with GLS/UPS/DHL parcel if ordered before 2 p.m. Once your order has been packed in the warehouse, you will automatically receive a tracking number to track your shipment.

Items marked with a delivery time of 7-9 working days will be shipped with Kuehne+Nagel on the same working day if ordered before 11 a.m.

Shipping and packaging costs are free within Germany. Packages are only sent as a package with GLS/UPS/DHL. We do not charge a bulky goods surcharge* for our products within Germany. Shipping costs to other European countries depend on the shipping method selected.
